Come show off your “Hot New Stuff”: Meet and impress hundreds of local Architects, Designers, Builders, and Installers from Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties.

Come join us for excellent Sonoma County Food, great exposure for your lines, and a chance to educate & inform while having fun.  You make it great, so get over here.  Fulfill your destiny!  Register now…[hint hint]
 
Reps, Please Read This Info:
Register by March 15th to feature your lines on invites and ads.
The deadline for sign-up is April 1st, 2008.
But space is limited to 30 booths, register now to save your spot.
 
Each booth is approx. 6’x 6’, with a 72” x 30” table covered with linen cloth and table marker, name tag(s) with your company name and a chair for each person listed on the sign-up form. 
 
At least 3 grounded power outlets will be under your table, so
BRING SURGE STRIPS AND EXTENSION CORDS for your booth.
 
Parking Lot is tented w/walls and provides shade and wind protection.
Continental Breakfast will be provided in the morning, lunch will be a catered BBQ affaire and is always excellent.

Booth set-up by 10am:  We encourage all Presenters to arrive early Wed morning or Tuesday evening to set-up booth.  It gets busy on the streets around our building.  Expect that there will be traffic to contend with if arriving at 9 am, the event will be crowded by 11 am.
 
Parking
This has proven to be an issue, “the sooner the better” rule applies. When you get here, park without blocking the street to unload, then park across the street at United Furniture away from their entrance.
 
Due to parking and set-up limitations Presenters must temporarily park vehicles near or at the entrance of parking lot to unload.  Further parking information will be announced.
 
Accommodations
For the “out of towners” who want to set-up and “chill” with us Tues night before it gets crazy, we have provided a list of hotels within a short distance of Energy Plus:
